PROPERTY SHOWINGS Our experienced leasing agents contact prospective residents and set up in person property showings.

APPLICANT SCREENING Allowing a questionable tenant to rent can be a costly mistake. We screen every tenant application based on credit, criminal background, sex offender registry, employment verification and residency/rental history. We comply with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

LEASE EXECUTION When a qualified tenant is accepted, our professionally prepared lease is signed, move-in documents are prepared and an inspection of the rental property is conducted.

ONLINE RENT COLLECTIONS Residents pay rent or pro-rated rent, deposits and any other fees in accordance with the lease via our online payment processing platform. We use an online payments platform which automates the rent collection process and increases collection and default rates.

Our local property managers will typically conduct periodic inspections and the move-out evaluation. We document, using photos and videos necessary maintenance and repairs. If a tenant does not pay rent on time or breaches the terms of the lease, an eviction notice is initiated.
