Orange Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent/Property Manager to cover our Fargo/Moorhead metro properties. This position will be responsible for all aspects of sales and whose primary duties are to professionally present the features and benefits of the apartment and assist with securing lease agreements.

Job Description

Respond to all guest cards per company policy and persuade prospective residents to visit the property.
Perform showings, check-ins and outs.
Responsible for administrative duties pertaining to general correspondence and resident files.
Responsible for delinquency of assigned market.
Conduct property and open unit inspections monthly.
Promotes positive resident relations. Responds to resident issues and complaints.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Need valid drivers license, vehicle, and insurance.
This position will work from 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm during the week & 10am-3pm every other Saturday.

Essential Skills & Experience

2+ years property management or related sales experience required.
Must be able to consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
Ability to provide superior internal and external customer service; ability to exercise good judgment and self-control.
Must be able to multi-task; prioritize and work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience with Appfolio or other property management software if a plus
Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to multiple properties.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
