Job description

Orange Property Management is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Beulah, ND . The service person must be able to communicate effectively with the property manager to efficiently take care of existing tenant issues as well as get vacant units Rent Ready. A potential candidate understands work orders and be able to receive work orders through the Appfolio App.

Typical service duties include, but are not limited to:

• Minor electrical: light fixtures, plate covers, switches, receptacles, ceiling fans, etc.
• Minor plumbing: fixtures, faucets, shower heads, toilet repairs, p-traps, garbage disposals, supply lines, etc.
• Minor drywall: small drywall patches (Ex: up to 4’) , mudding/patching, minor texturing, minor painting, nail holes, minor trim work, etc.
• Knowledge of heating and cooling systems preferred
• Doors: Installing unit entry doors, screen doors/screen repair, closet doors/closet tracks, cabinet doors, door handles, etc.
• Appliances: Diagnose issues, ability to lift/move for replacement, attach range cords, assemble fridges, fix fridge fans, etc.
• Rekey units between move-ins
